How to Cook
- Pour paneer & chickpea masala into large microwaveable container.
- Microwave pot of rice & roasted peppers & onions (remove parchment & lid on loosely) with the container of masala for 4 mins.
- Add spinach to masala & stir. Microwave for further 4 mins
- Serve masala with side of rice and roasted veggies.
