Ready to pan fry chicken breasts in balsamic glaze on a bed of Mediterranean vegetables served with mixed salad leaves and parmesan.

Chicken Breast and glaze suitable for freezing.
Dairy free without sachet of parmesan.
For best results stovetop:
1. Heat 2 nonstick pans with 1 tbsp of oil on medium heat.
2. Season & fry chicken 4 mins per side. Finish last 3 minutes with 3/4 of balsamic glaze.
3. In second pan, fry veggies (8 minutes.)
4. Plate veggies & salad leaf. Top with chicken & remaining glaze & parmesan.
For Speedy results (Stovetop & Microwave):
1. Heat 1 nonstick pan, add 1 tbsp of oil. Fry seasoned chicken 4 mins per side.
2. Add 3/4 balsamic glaze for last 3 mins.
2. Season & microwave veggies 3-4 min.
4. Plate veggies & salad leaf. Top with chicken & remaining glaze & parmesan.
Cooking tip:
- Our chicken breasts are hand-cut so cooking times may vary due to thickness. You can check your chicken is fully cooked by ensuring it reaches 165F.
