Creamy Lemon Chicken

To maximise freshness put the raw chicken straight into the freezer on arrival. Defrost when needed in a couple of minutes in the microwave
1. Season & coat chicken in crumb. Fry in tbsp of oil 4-5 min per side till golden. (Medium heat)
2. Add 1 tbsp of water and season tray of veggies. Microwave with pot of creamy lemon sauce (lid on loosely) 5-6 minutes.
3. Stir sauce. Plate chicken on veggies and finish with sauce.
Cooking tips:
- For best results use a non-stick frying pan for the parmesan breadcrumb chicken.
- Our chicken breasts are hand-cut so cooking times may vary due to thickness. You can check your chicken is fully cooked by ensuring it reaches 165F.

This was delicious. As others mentioned, mine did not come with green beans. Only broccoli. But it was amazing with out them. They send a lot of sauce. No way I will use it all for the two servings, but if you like a ton of sauce, they have you covered. I might use the extra sauce on a pasta dish later on. The parm bread crumbs add a lovely restaurant quality sophistication, but the dish is still really easy to make. It’s a real winner!
Super flavorful and easy to make. I put the chicken and sauce over the brocolli with some capellini pasta, but the potatoes are good, too!
Really enjoyed his meal! It was super easy to make and the instructions are great. the sauce is delicious and plenty. I recommended going light on the sauce first and adding more based on your preference. I will be ordering this meal again! I like that the photo has green beans pictured in the dish, the green beans do not come with the meal but I am going to add some next time I make this.
The chicken was very fresh and not dry after cooking which can happen with thicker cuts of chicken. Very good flavor profile. Veggies were fresh.
