1. Season & fry pork in 1 tbsp of oil 3-4 mins per side (high heat).
2. Season and add 1 tbsp of water to tray of veggies & mash. Microwave with pot of mushroom sauce (lid on loosely) 4-5 mins until pipping hot.
3. Serve Pork on mash with sauce & veggies.
