General Tso’s Chicken
Crispy sesame chicken in a sweet and sour hoisin & mirin sauce with Jasmine rice, broccoli and mixed peppers. Garnished with scallions, chili, cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.

1. Season marinated General Tso's chicken with pepper only & coat in Tso coating.
2. Fry in 2 tbsp of oil on high heat (4 mins per side)
3. Add Veggies & 3/4 of General Tso Sauce fry for 2 mins.
4. Microwave tray of rice 2-3 min (until piping hot).
5. Serve chicken & veggies on rice, top with remaining sauce, scallions, chili, cilantro and squeeze of 1/2 lime
Spicy warning: If you prefer a milder flavour please refrain from adding the chilies in the garnish pot.
