How to Cook Print
  1. Microwave both Italian meatball pots for 4 mins (lids on loosely).
  2. Remove parmesan and ricotta from pot of linguine, Microwave linguine with lid loosely on, with the two pots of meatballs for an additional 3 minutes or until everything is piping hot.
  3. Serve linguine between two bowls and top with pots of meatballs, parmesan & ricotta.

Meatballs W/Linguini Rocotta & Gratec Parm

The meatballs & sauce were excellent as well as the linguini pasta and cheeses for toppings!

My only complaint is that there were no veggies! Not even a simple salad… garlic bread would have also been nice!

I love that you always include lots of veggies in every meal! Why not this one?! (The picture of this dish shows roasted cherry tomatoes, which were not included!
