Marinated chicken suitable for home freezing
- Fry raw peanut marinated chicken in tbsp of oil (3-4 mins)
- Add stir fry vegetables, cook for 3 minutes
- Add rice noodles and pad Thai dressing, cook for 1-2 minutes until dressing coats all ingredients.
- Serve with a squeeze of lime, scatter over scallions, chili & cilantro, peanuts & crispy onions
Cooking tip: For best results use a non-stick frying pan or wok.
